Execute Manual Remote Sync
The Execute Manual Remote Sync page allows you to manually trigger synchronization between ASCERA for Splunk and ASCERA Cloud. When you click the Execute Manual Sync button, the system uses your configured ASCERA Remote Sync modular input to pull control statuses, objective statuses, and control-level implementation statements from ASCERA Cloud into ASCERA for Splunk.
This ensures that both platforms remain aligned and show the same compliance data.
When Remote Sync is enabled, control-level implementation statements cannot be edited in ASCERA for Splunk. Instead, they must be edited in ASCERA Cloud. Any updates made in ASCERA Cloud will be reflected in Splunk during the next sync.
